A Year After October 7

As the infiltrators glared past the Israeli Southern border, which saw the Barbaric terrorist organisation Hamas infringing upon Israeli sovereignty. This resulted in the prompt response of the Israeli political and security establishment to emergency mode as they had to bring the hostages that Hamas had captured.

With a decisive response by the Israeli Defense Forces on Gaza and the subsequent attacks on other groups within the Axis of Resistance that comprises Hezbollah, Hamas, and Ansarallah (the Houthi movement).

This report seeks to provide an analytical overview of the events during the October 7th attacks. It then tries to provide the historical context behind the reasons for the conflict brewing between the Jews and the Arabs. Furthermore, it then tries to evaluate the security actions taken by the Israeli State in decimating the proxy groups threatening its existence.

Moving on, it then looks at evaluating the elements of modern warfare and its implications of the October 7th attacks, which helps in understanding the impact of Israeli operations on its adversaries. This report concludes by conceptualising the future of the Middle East in terms of geopolitical complexities.
